Ingredients You Need:

Full ingredients and recipe are in the recipe card below. Read through this section for all the ingredients substitution and baking tips!

  • Apple cider

  • Butter

  • Granulated monkfruit sweetener, can sub granulated sugar

  • Egg

  • Plain greek yogurt

  • All-purpose flour

  • Cinnamon

  • Baking soda

  • Baking powder

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

Frequently asked questions:

  • Can these be made into regular donuts? Yes! Place the batter into a piping bag, and pipe into a greased donut pan. Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes.

  • Do I have to use a cinnamon sugar coating? Absolutely not! However, I do think they should be coated in something. A great option would be a simple powdered sugar glaze. Mix together powdered sugar and milk until you get a runny consistency, then dip or drizzle the donuts with the glaze!

  • How do I store? Place the donuts in a ziplock bag or airtight container and keep on the counter for 1-2 days, or in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To freeze, place in a freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months. They reheat well in the microwave or air fryer!
