Apple cider
Butter
Granulated monkfruit sweetener, can sub granulated sugar
Egg
Plain greek yogurt
All-purpose flour
Cinnamon
Baking soda
Baking powder
Nutmeg

Can these be made into regular donuts? Yes! Place the batter into a piping bag, and pipe into a greased donut pan. Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes.
Do I have to use a cinnamon sugar coating? Absolutely not! However, I do think they should be coated in something. A great option would be a simple powdered sugar glaze. Mix together powdered sugar and milk until you get a runny consistency, then dip or drizzle the donuts with the glaze!
How do I store? Place the donuts in a ziplock bag or airtight container and keep on the counter for 1-2 days, or in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To freeze, place in a freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months. They reheat well in the microwave or air fryer!
